If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately and if we have made a mistake, we will make it right through either refund, store credit or replacement, depending on the situation.

If an item is defective or damaged due to manufacturer error or if we ship you the wrong item, we will send a replacement order or a refund on the affected items. You must send pictures of the damaged or incorrect item.
If an order is lost in transit, we will replace it. You will be provided a tracking number and this is what we use to determine if an order has been lost in transit or delivered.
If you provide the wrong address, and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, we can reship your order for a reshipping fee.
Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for exchange.
We do not accept returns for a refund. If you order the wrong size or style or if you just don't like the item, you can return for a store credit towards a different item. You must pay for the return shipping and the store credit amount does not include the original shipping, only the purchase price.

Refunds are offered on a limited, case by case basis. Most situations will be resolved with a replacement or store credit.
All of our products are printed on demand, especially for each customer. Because of this, we can only cancel or modify orders within the first 24 hours after purchase.
Our standard refund and replacement policy lasts 30 days from the date your tracking number shows your order was delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
